Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary depending on your location, order size, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact MSP&YP Clothing as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier.

MSP&YP Clothing is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms successful delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, if offered, will be shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.
